Salary: £30k full time or 3 days/week pro rata

Office base: Liverpool Street, London

We are a pioneering company, 42% owned by our smallholder nut suppliers in Africa, Latin America and India. Our mission is to empower and strengthen smallholder producer organisations by creating profitable market access for their great quality nut products.

We supply a range of own-label, branded and bulk nuts and nut butters to a wide range of customers, including major UK supermarkets. We import nuts from origin for contract manufacturing and packing in Europe.

You will be responsible for product quality and safety in our supply chains from field to customer. You will be a key member of a small, talented and highly committed team and will work closely with our customers, suppliers and contract manufacturers.

We’re seeking someone with a passion for Fairtrade, a food science or technology qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in the food industry UK and/or overseas.
